  Well managed Tim Hortons, could be just my luck but they have some pretty sweet roll up the rim cups here!

  My mom was just at this establishment, she came home to tell me her experience and I'm appalled. She went through the drive thru to order her coffee and a crissont with butter and ham. We have done this several times at both this establishment and others. They wanted to charge 5.00 for this crissont because the manager said it was a entire sandwich. My mom then calmly told them we have never been charged that amount anywhere else. She was then yelled at "well I just spoke to the manager so that's how it's gonna be" My mom always tips at the window and is very kind to whoever is working. I don't know if they were busy or just in a bad mood. But no one should be over charged or spoken to that way. They have lost a loyal costumer and my respect. Don't go here.

  I ordered a bagel with butter and cream cheese from here. First of all the guy who took my order(looked like he was the manager or supervisor) charged for a coffee that I never ordered. I corrected him and he didnt even say sorry. He wasnt just paying attention and talking to his friend. After I ordered, no body actually made the order for me. No body looked at the order screen for like 10 minutes. I went and asked where is my bagel. He again didnt say sorry and lied that it was coming but clearly nobody was there making anything. He called the guy from the back and asked him to make it. And guess what? There was no butter on the bagel and cream cheese was like so little to even notice. Worst customer service ever.

  Great location. However, I find the service extremley slow and the staff are lacking of customer service skills. I ordered a Vanilla Latte and discovered that it wasn't. Went back in to rectify the issue, the lady was so rude and just open my cup and said that's VL on a straight face and gave it back to me! It was Americano and NOT VL she did not apologize nor replaced my drink. This kind of issues need to be addressed!
