  If you're going to go to a Timmies, at least go an efficient one with pleasant courteous staff. In SE Oakville, this would be the best one to visit.

  530pm midweek. Six (6) staff members standing around laughing and chatting, while only one serves customers in line. After waiting for 5 minutes (and at this point I was now second in line so I can only imagine how long the gentleman in front of me had been waiting) I finally challenged one of them why only one person was serving customers?! They looked at me astonished that someone would call them on it... I then asked if I could speak to the manager... "they're not here"... Ok, so who is in charge?... "no-one". I guess that explains it. I finally asked if the owner (by name) was in... that did elicit a "can I get you something?" response, but i guess "sorry for the delay" would have been too much. Ordered a bagel for son heading to baseball game instead of dinner for everyone... we picked up something else later.

  It's Tim Hortons. Norhing special. Service is really slow. Specially around 40m. Maybe 3 or 4 people in line but and you just look at them saying "are you really that slow or doing it on purpose"? Today I justleft the line. 20 min to buy a coffee and they just take their time, one cashier and the rest looking at the lineup.
