  Placed an order for pickup using the online tool an hour before the desired pickup time. The children working here forgot to put the order together. This was 20 min ago, and I'm resigned to sitting in the dirty waiting area, listening to the "expiditer" yelling and "woohing" as she was throwing, what looks like latex gloves and food, at the cooks on the line. Unprofessional, untidy, unmanaged, untimely, underwhelming.

  Our server was unpleasant and clearly unimpressed to be working. Multiple orders from our group were incorrect and there was small flies around the table and our meals. We will not be returning to this location. Definitely subpar service.

  Food was good. Service was fast and friendly. Decaf coffee was very strong. Overall good dinner

  Visited on Sunday with another 5 people,First time I have seen so many fries left on the returned plates at end of meal. Chalet fries were always the best but these were absolute crap compared to what chalet usually serves. Maybe as the store is attached to a harveys may have been the problem as they looked like hamburger joint fries and not Chalet, Will no visit this particular restraunt again. Just hope individual Chalets still serve the fries that kept their quality ahead of everyone else
