  Had an amazing time with the horses and staff is great and friendly. I will be going again. Great if you need a break from the city and need to relax.

  Single file and the horse follow each other so you don't have to do anything unless it's spring with a lot of mud then the horses want to go around the mud and if you can't control your horse you will get hit by tree branches. The staff were friendly. However they gave my bf a small horse Miley and me a huge horse kelly. It was quite amusing. The leader will take pictures of everyone and if you are in front you will be the center of all the pics lol. I felt sorry for the horses because they don't like walking In the mud be we had to force them to do so .

  Terrible experience. 30 minutes before our ride was booked to start I received a call from The Ranch, and the caller told us that it looked like rain. She continued to say that if it began to rain during our trail ride that we would have to head back to the barn and could reschedule a ride. Needless to say she made it sound like we could reschedule free of charge.. After spending 10 minutes on the horses and getting caught in a rain storm, we were denied the opportunity to come back and ride for the remaining time we missed. When I contacted the owner she was extremely rude on the phone and stated that her employees never promised another ride and that "10 minutes on the horses was enough". When I complained about the customer service she rudely answered with "I run a business and businesses need to make money". I couldn't believe it.. Will not be returning to The Ranch again and will not recommend it to anyone.

  This place gave us an amazing experience. It was peaceful and calming. Staff and horses are amazing. Home is where the horse is.
