  BUYER BEWARE....STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY This was my first time shopping at this store, and I was looking for a really cute Easter dress for my 16 month old . I purchased a very expensive, but adorable dress. However, when I got it home, it was too small for my daughter. Today, I went to return the dress and was told I would only be given a store credit. I NEVER shop at stores that have this policy. If I do not like something I purchase or it does not fit, and I want my money back, that is what should happen. I do not agree that I should be forced to spend money at a store if there is nothing else there I want at that time. Needless to say, when I was paying for the dress, I was not aware of this policy. It does not help that despite my lengthy conversation with the sales associate about my concerns that the dress would be too long or too big, at no time did she tell me that if the dress did not fit my daughter, I could only exchange it or get a store credit. To make matters worse, the sales associate there today did not know how to issue me a store credit. Then I had to listen to one and maybe both of the VERY RUDE owners (I did not know if the rude man was an owner or not) tell me that 'store credit or exchange only was a "standard" practice and that they would not be giving me my money back. Both the sales associate and the rude man both pointed to a tiny sign on the wall that says exchange or store credit only to support this ridiculous policy and told me I should have known. My favorite part was after waiting for 20 minutes thinking I was going to receive my store credit, I was then told there was a computer issue and they did not know how to give me the store credit. So I wasted 20 minutes waiting for nothing. As I had my 16 month old with me (who at this point was not interested in waiting any longer), I needed to leave. So, I left with the dress that I went in to return, that does not fit my daughter. I now have to go back again and potentially re-live the experience of the staff not knowing how to issue the store credit. Other than to use my store credit, I will never shop here again. Terrible. I never would have bought the dress had I known.

  I always order my son's shoes online. I ran into Oakville location online and decided to order a shoe for him via this location. The lady at the counter was very helpful. I ordered a pair of shoes for my son and by the time we picked it up it took few weeks. The day we picked up online prices dropped 30% but the cashier refused to honor the price because it was online prices. She was more than happy to charge me online prices when we ordered, but did not want to honor. 30% saving is not significant enough to effect my shopping expenditure but the fact that they refused to honor the sale price was beyond good customer service. I feel like I got ripped off. I live 10 minutes from this store but will never order anything from here again.
