The manager: a white guy with glasses and an ugly mustache is really rude to his staff, he freely talks down to them in front of customers, basically inferring that they are stupid or slow. I guess putting employees down makes him feel like a man. I feel sorry for the people working there. Usually the ice-cream is not frozen or cold enough, bought blizzards there and half of it was basically melted. I think he cuts costs and doesn't put the freezers at their correct temperature.
