  Ordered 24 cupcakes. Picked the order up and when I got home realized there were only 22. I called and they asked me to come back. I had to drive 20 minutes back across town and they just gave me the 2 I was supposed to have originally. I think a customer service gesture of a free cupcake or a partial refund would have made my experience better. I don't think I'll be returning here.

  Excellent service and professional atmosphere. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The pies and lemon bars are a must have.

  Stumbled on this cute bakery the other day. Friendly staff. Smelled like heaven. Bought a little of everything cuz I couldn't resist. Wasn't disappointed with anything. Quality ingredients make a HUGE difference. A must- try for anyone passing through Oakville!

  Amazing Cupcakes!!! Funky adorable little shop and the staff are always lovely including the owner Niki, who is warm and welcoming if you are lucky enough to meet her. This is my Go`To for all of my get togethers to have something sweet and special on my table....and well, let's face it, I am swinging by often to just simply treat myself!

  I first experienced the great cupcakes from Cupid's because a friend brought some to our house. Devoured them then, and devour them now. I now choose them as a gift to take to referring dentists. They all love them too! From pies to cookies, including delicious ones with my custom office logo on them, Cupid's offers a wide array of nut-free awesomeness! If you are either a lover of baked goods or a business owner looking for a much appreciated corporate gift to give to clients, I would whole-heartedly recommend a visit to Cupid's. --- Dr. P.
